Creating Projects in Collect Earth Online
=========================================

Within Institutions that you administer (have Admin privleges) in Collect Earth Online, you can create new Projects. Projects allow you to specify where data should be collected, what institutional imagery should be used, and what questions should be answered by your data collectors.

Collect Earth Online (CEO) is available at https://collect.earth/.
